Can Gourmaze create a custom menu for my event?Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our ability to build custom menus personalized to your palate. We factor in the style of your event as well as any allergies, dietary restrictions or preferences you and your guests require.

Does Gourmaze accommodate dietary restrictions?We certainly do. Our master chefs have years of experience curating exciting menus for guests with allergies and dietary restrictions.

Which cities do you serve?Currently, we serve Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Orange County and San Diego; however, we do have plans for expansion. Stay tuned!

Do you require a deposit to hold the event date?Yes, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit to hold the event date.

What are your pricing options/minimums?Our appetizer & cocktail menus start at $85 per person. Coursed menus start at $120 per person. However, pricing varies depending on the style and location of your event, as well as your personalized menu and contracted guest count.

What other costs are involved?On-site labor, sales tax, administrative and insurance fees are all added costs to consider when planning your experience or event. Please also note that beverages and any kitchen or event rentals are not included.

Do you handle service staff?We do not provide service staff at this time; however, we are pleased to present you with companies who we have worked with well in the past.

How much advance notice do you need to prepare for a catering event or private chef experience?We require a 48-hour minimum notice for any event size. We do ask that you let us know as soon as possible for parties of more than 25 guests.

Do you provide tastings?Yes! We provide tastings for events and experiences with a contracted subtotal of more than $10k. There is a fee for the tasting that will go toward your final bill. Please inquire for details.
